At the age of 23, this single mom looks forward to breaking ground in March.  By this summer, Dia and her little girl will move into their very own home. “The mortgage is mine. The responsibility is mine,” Dia says in anticipation.

Construction just started on the house Dalishia will buy with a no-interest mortgage in a few months. "I feel really, really good right now."  She is an inspiration to her family, and her desire is to show her two grown daughters how to build their own families' lives on stability and hard work.
